Services (Consulting/Pentesting): Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the stage of the project.
Digital Products (Tools, etc.): No refunds will be issued once the download link has been accessed.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

Completed services (e.g., delivered penetration testing reports, completed consulting engagements).
Services purchased during promotional or discounted periods (unless otherwise stated).

Any service explicitly marked as “non-refundable.”

3. How to Request a Refund

Reason for the refund request
