Refunds resolution will be comprehensive through the unique mode of payment only, later studying the terms and conditions practical to the chosen service/ product.

  1. If a user is registered in a training that has stood reserved by Senselearner, he/she will be allowed to 100% refund or will be permitted to take equal value of services in interchange.
  2. In any conditions, user is unable to join the training due to personal reasons and cherished 15 working days prior to Batch schedule, 100% refund will be accomplished.
  3. In any conditions, user demands termination within 15 days of training start date, an Association charge of INR 5000 + 18% GST will be taken from the deposit.
  4. Repayments resolve will be comprehensive through the inventive mode of payment only, after studying the terms and conditions functional to the chosen service/ product.
  5. Repayments resolve will be accomplished within 7-10 working Days, post sanction. 

Retake Policy

  1. The user fill the Temporary and Final Feedback form to increase Post-training Services else redo policy will be ineligible/reschedule.
  2. Acceleration /Any feedback might be shared before 30% of the class is ended to increase other REDO Batch.
  3. If a user is not contented with the training and has raised his feedback as per Points 1 and 2, He/she will be credited to take the retake only within 3 months after his/her first batch end date. No Free Retakes resolve is permitted after this window.
  4. If a user is unable to clear the exam on the first try, He/she can take a free redo in the next available batch within 3 Months after the Exam result date or First batch joined. The retake necessities post 3 months’ window will be indictable at 50% of base fees plus taxes.
  5. 80% of attendance is compulsory in real batch registered, to thrive for review or redo sessions.
  6. In any conditions of Medical Emergency or any Unavoidable situation, one reorganize is permissible as per mutually appropriate schedule. All more reorganize will be charged at 100% of real fees.
